Infamous Goose Sauvignon Blanc

The source of Infamous Goose Sauvignon Blanc is Marlborough's Wairau River Valley, where stony, sandy loam topsoil coveres deep layers of free-draining shingle. This low-fertility soil reduces vigor, yielding lush, aromatic, ripe fruit. The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness, destemmed, and the free-run juice is cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks. Four months of aging on the lees and in stainless steel tanks provides body and complexity to the wine, before blending, fining, filtering and bottling.

In appearance, it's a pale lime to straw colored. Lime zest give way to distinctive, freshly opened passion fruit aromas. The palate features fresh crunchy acidity and an abundance of topical and citrus aromas.

St Francis Chardonnay

Grapes that produce our Sonoma County Chardonnay come from our estate vineyards in Sonoma Valley and Russian River Valley, as well as from growers in Sonoma County's other top appellations, including Carneros and Alexander Valley. Each carefully selected vineyard contributes distinctive and individual qualities to the finished wine.

To preserve Chardonnay's delicate flavors, aromas, and acidity, the grapes are picked at night and in the very early morning hours so the fruit arrives cold at the winery. Grapes are then immediately pressed to the whole cluster and fermented in different lots. The wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and is aged for six months in French oak barrels. During acing, batonage (stirring the less by hand) is performed to achieve complexity and a rich mouthfeel.

The flavors and aromas of Fuji apple, juicy pear, and honeydew melon stand out in this refreshing, medium-bodied wine. Brought and crisp with a silky mouthfeel, the wine's full flavors are balanced with a touch of minerality on the long, smooth finish.

Melini Borghi D'Elsa Chianti

This Chianti is sourced from select vineyard sites in the heart of Chianti along the south facing slopes of the Elsa river. The vineyards line the river on well-exposed hillsides that reach elevations of over 1,200 feet, with a blend of alberese, marl and limestone soils.

The Borghi d'Elsa is vinified in a traditional Tuscan style; grapes are macerated for 10 days with frequent remontage (punching down of the cap) to bring out additional fruit and character. Aging takes place over a period of 6 months in a combination of large oak casks and neutral stainless steel tank.

Borghi D'Elsa has intense, fragrant and elegant aromas of blackberries and raspberries, with violet and Florentine iris notes. On the palate, the taste is dry, full, harmonious and slightly tannic, with an elegant aftertaste of toasted almond and fruits of the forest.

Michele Chiarlo Le Orme Barbera d'Asti

Michele Chiarlo sources grapes from strictly select Barbera vineyards with excellent exposure to produce a superb, balanced wine. The choice vineyards are in the southern area of Asti province, especially the hills around Nizza Monferrato. Temperature controlled maceration and fermentation on the skins yields the dark, rich color that is typical of great Barberas. The wine is aged in large French oak casks before release.

Medium bodied and robust with rich, ripe fruit on the nose and an elegant palate.

St Francis Merlot

This classic, rich Merlot reveals a deep color and broad structure. Aromas of cassis, plum, and dried currant merge with layered flavors of dark berries, espresso bean, and bittersweet chocolate. The wine has a long, vibrant finish with a note of spice.
